Craig qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986 and has spent over 20 years as a commercial property investment consultant to many PLC property companies and major UK pension funds.
Nicola Glinwood is one of the Officers of the company and a shareholder.
She brings her 10 years of property valuation, refurbishment and management skills to the company.
Richard has more than 25 years experience in accounts and finance and deals with the day to day financial management of the portfolio.
In particular, Richard concentrates on the asset management side where the company manages several properties for SIPPs and other private investors.
